We take part at the course “Advantages of Cantrabian prairies”

During the 21st and the 22nd of June 2017, the course “Advantages of Cantabrian prairies: Healthy foods and biodiversity preservation” was held at Suances (Cantabria). This course was given inside the Summer Course Program of the University of Cantabria. The course, focused in animal origin foods and utilization of prairies, had the aim of enrich the expectations for future products and market niches as of the healthy and environmentally friendly characteristics of these products.
